Pilates on the Roof

Rooftop L.O.A. is excited to partner with [solidcore], Flower Child, and Roeme to bring you Pilates on The Roof!
Thursday November 9th at 6:30pm, [solidcore] will host a a 50-minute, full-body, strength-training workout that uses slow, controlled movements to break down the slow-twitch muscle fibers so that they build back stronger and leaner.
Your $30 ticket includes a complimentary champagne toast and access to the Grove at Riva Restaurant at Rooftop L.O.A. This ticket is only valid for Thursday November 16th.
*Guests are asked to please provide your own yoga mat, towel, and water.
